How does it work?
- Select the number of pets (or people!) to be drawn onto your puzzle.
- Choose a background and upload your photo for your order to be completed with.
- Place your order and we delivery your one-of-a-kind puzzle directly to you!
Is my photo good enough to use?
- Make sure the photo is in good quality
- You may upload up to 4 photos per puzzle. All figures do not have to all in one photo.
- High quality close-ups with good lighting usually give the best results
Can I make a special request for my artwork?
- Yes, you may include your customization notes on the cart page under "order notes."
Do I get a digital version of my portrait?
- Yes! The High Resolution Digital File is available for purchase at the same time as your puzzle. You will also be emailed a watermarked file that will be available for purchase as well.
How are the portraits completed?
- Each puzzle is digitally completed by hand by our team of digital artists. We then print the completed photo onto premium quality puzzle.
What is each puzzles size?
- Each puzzle is 285 pieces and 16.5" x 12" inches in size.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
- Please email us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order. We can not guarantee we will be able to accept changes and they may require in additional charges.
What's the status of my order?
- Each puzzle needs to be made-on-demand after your order is completed. Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for artwork to be completed. After your artwork is completed, we then need to print and cut your puzzle which can take an additional 3-5 business days before being shipped.
Will I receive a tracking number?
- Yes. You will receive a tracking number as soon as this is available.
How long is shipping?
- Shipping time for USA orders is typically 9-11 business days. Please note that this does not include artwork or processing times. International shipping times typically take 15-21 business days.
Please note that we are a small business doing everything in our power to have orders completed & delivered as quickly as possible. Some orders have been delayed by USPS due to the effect of COVID-19, but we are working very closely with our carriers are delivering orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, our support team will respond to you as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and support.
How do I cancel an order?
- If you just made an order and would like to cancel, contact us by email at email@example.com, and our support team will help you process this cancellation. All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 40% production fee. While we do our best to help cancel your order, please note that products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The product I received is not the one I ordered?
- It rarely happens, but if the wrong product was delivered, please contact us directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you by exchanging the wrongful item with the correct one free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?
- As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you, we cannot offer refunds. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know and we'll send a replacement as quickly as possible! Note that we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quickly as we can.
